The extent to which you feel connected to nature, has been linked with better health. There are now many studies linking nature relatedness to both mental and physical well-being. A greater affinity to nature interacts with dietary habits, your personal microbiome, physical activity levels and many other lifestyle choices.

Not only is taking yourself out into nature important, it is also imperative to consider your own home environment. Embracing nature in your home whether it be through indoor plants, natural cleaning products or eliminating pesticide use is also key.
