Movement and Breath

 

How we breath and move has a significant impact on our general wellbeing.  Each of our cells are dependent on the process of respiration, the new supply of oxygen and the elimination of carbon dioxide. This simple exchange has profound effect on all body systems. Sometimes we need to just stop and breathe.
