Founders of Kind Health:

Dr Nicole Avard and Jarrah Eddy care about you, your lifestyle choices, your environment and your community. They know that this complete picture forms the pillars of good health and wellness. Kind Health is the unity of a Doctor and Naturopath, who are utilising the best of their skill sets in order to distil complex information or health issues into an essence that is easy to understand and implement. The goal is to share their collective experience and knowledge to empower and support individuals on their journey towards wellbeing. They understand that nothing can heal the body like itself.  Together they  would like to help you reveal the power of YOU.

Jarrah Eddy is an experienced Naturopath and Nutritionist with more than 12 years of clinical practice. She has worked in multiple clinics both in Sydney and now on the Central Coast of NSW.
Jarrah is a seasoned presenter for both general public and post grad education, including the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (ACNEM) and the Australasian Integrative Medicine Association (AIMA). Topics ranging from therapeutic diets for disease states to the benefits of shared care and the significant impact positive behavioural choices can have on your health. She loves the science and biochemistry of the human body and then relating this back to why the “simple” is so important.
Clinically, Jarrah has always worked alongside GP’s and many varied therapists for the best patient care.

Dr Nicole Avard (FRACGP) has been a General Practitioner with a special interest and experience in Integrative Medicine for over 14 years. She believes that nutrition, self nurture and positive lifestyle choices should form the basis of front line health care. Those who have worked with Nicole, know she has a real gift for creating a space for her patients to feel supported and really understood. Her capacity for connection brings a real sense of calm when people are often feeling in overwhelm. Aligned with her desire of giving back and mentoring, she plays an active role in Medical Student and General Practice Registrar supervision.  In recent times she has established a working relationship with National Institute of Complementary Medicine (NICM) as a Clinical Academic, expanding her interest and skills in Integrative Medicine research.

Together they make a wonderful team.
